Onboarding follows the ROP Ramp — a structured 30-day period. Week 1: systems access and process walkthroughs. Week 2: live execution with daily check-ins. Week 3-4: cadence stabilisation and QA calibration. You'll be on Basecamp from day one with full visibility into progress and communication.

Yokly has a documented escalation process. For Delegate clients, the CSM is the first point of escalation. All issues are tracked in Basecamp, documented, and reviewed in the next cadence call. For security incidents, Yokly follows a formal 5-step incident response process with 72-hour client notification.
